What Would a 6.6% Appreciation Rate in Loveland Mean?
December 22nd, 2008We just had a researcher submit some very basic information about a house for sale in Loveland to us and I wanted to share that with you. From time to time, I'd like to take a property submitted to us by our users that is for sale and show you how changes in one (or more factors) can affect various aspects of your investing. This particular property submitted for Fort Collins, Colorado Real Estate Resources is located at 600 E 50th St, Loveland, CO 80538.
In this particular example, let's take a look at what happens to the value of the property over a number of years from appreciation.
| Years From Now | Value |
| Assumed Appreciation Rate: 6.6% | |
| At Purchase | $159,900 |
| Year 1 | $170,453 |
| Year 2 | $181,703 |
| Year 3 | $193,696 |
| Year 4 | $206,480 |
| Year 5 | $220,107 |
| Year 6 | $234,634 |
| Year 7 | $250,120 |
| Year 8 | $266,628 |
| Year 9 | $284,226 |
As you can see from the table above, if we assume an appreciation rate of 6.6% per year, then the property value eventually reaches $284,226 after 10 years.
